Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 45 ml strong espresso
- 4–5 tsp creamy natural yoghurt
- 4–5 tsp mango smoothie base or mango purée
- Pour the mango purée into a shot glass.
- Layer the yoghurt on top of the mango.
- Prepare the espresso in the same glass.
Spoon from the bottom of the glass with a small spoon to enjoy the mango purée, yoghurt and espresso all at once.
