Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 110 ml coffee
- 2 tsp sugar
- 20 ml Cognac
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- Attach the 2-stage frothing nozzle to the machine.
- Add the sugar and Cognac to a heat-resistant glass.
- Hold the frother in the Cognac and dispense steam for about 5 seconds to heat the Cognac.
- Now prepare the coffee in the same glass.
- Top the drink with whipped cream.
Decorate with a little grated chocolate, if liked.
