Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 100 ml cold milk
  • 5 g sugar
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3 cl Irish Cream flavoured syrup
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce


  • Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Prepare the espresso in the same shaker and add the sugar, syrup and milk.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds.
  • Pour the drink into a glass and top with the whipped cream.

Serving suggestion

Decorate with chocolate sauce.
