Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 20 ml vodka
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 1 ice cube

Preparation

  • Put the cream and ice cube in a shaker.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds.
  • Prepare an espresso in a separate cup or glass and add the vodka and vanilla syrup.
  • Pour the mixture into a conical glass.
  • Finally, slide the chilled, slightly runny whipped cream carefully into the glass to form two layers.

Serving suggestion

Serve with two short straws.
