Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 45 ml espresso
- 10 ml vanilla syrup
- 20 ml vodka
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 ice cube
- Put the cream and ice cube in a shaker.
- Shake for about 20 seconds.
- Prepare an espresso in a separate cup or glass and add the vodka and vanilla syrup.
- Pour the mixture into a conical glass.
- Finally, slide the chilled, slightly runny whipped cream carefully into the glass to form two layers.
Serve with two short straws.
