Slalom Coffee

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 café americano (25 ml coffee, 85 ml water)
  • 10 ml chocolate syrup
  • 40 ml white rum
  • Coffee cream (300 ml whipping cream, 95 ml espresso, 20 ml vanilla syrup, 20 ml caramel syrup)

Preparation

  • Pour the chocolate syrup into a decorative glass.
  • Add the white rum.
  • Place the glass under the coffee spout and dispense a café americano straight into the glass.
  • Finally, add the coffee cream on top.

Tip

Stir before enjoying this drink.
