Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 100 ml coffee
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- (If liked) Vanilla flavoured syrup (to taste)
- Add a little vanilla flavoured syrup to a tapered glass.
- Shape a round scoop of vanilla ice cream and add it to the glass.
- Place the glass under the coffee spout. Let the coffee flow directly down the edge into the glass.
Garnish the Viennese coffee with grated chocolate as desired. It can also be served with a short straw.
