Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 espresso macchiato (45 ml espresso, 3 sec milk foam)
- 10 ml runny honey
- 1 generous pinch saffron
- Pour the honey into a glass or cup.
- Prepare an espresso macchiato in the same glass or cup.
- Sprinkle the saffron on top of the milk foam.
Before drinking, stir the coffee to turn it yellow.
