Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Hazelnut flavoured syrup
  • 1-2 tsp pistachio cream
  • Light Sweet Cortado (25 ml coffee, 3 sec. milk, 4 sec. milk foam)

Preparation

  • Fill the syrup attachment with the flavoured syrup up to the first mark.
  • Take an espresso glass and add the pistachio cream.
  • Place the glass under the fine foam frother and prepare the Light Sweet Cortado.

Serving suggestion

You can vary the sweetness of the Light Sweet Pistachio by adding more or less syrup to the syrup attachment. Decorate the coffee speciality with chopped pistachios and stir them well before enjoying.
