Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 30 ml ristretto
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 10 ml white rum
- 1 tbsp whipped cream
- Pistachio nuts, chopped, to decorate
- Add the sugar and rum to a small glass.
- Carefully pour the freshly prepared ristretto over the rum so that layers form.
- Top the drink with whipped cream.
Decorate with chopped pistachios.
