Swiss Coffee

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 100 ml Rivella Red
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Take a long drink glass.
  • Fill the glass almost to the rim with ice cubes.
  • Then fill two thirds full with Rivella.
  • Place two straws in the glass.
  • Prepare the espresso in a separate cup or glass.
  • Pour the espresso into the glass over an ice cube. Pour carefully to make sure the espresso does not mix with the remaining liquid. This will create an attractive layering effect.

Stir before enjoying this drink.
