Rum coffee

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 30 ml ristretto
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 10 ml white rum
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • Pistachio nuts, chopped, to decorate


  • Add the sugar and rum to a small glass.
  • Carefully pour the freshly prepared ristretto over the rum so that layers form.
  • Top the drink with whipped cream.


Decorate with chopped pistachios.
